Welcome to RentoCare

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the technology, applications, websites, content, products, and services made available by RentoCare, collectively referred to as (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

About RentoCare

RentoCare, based in Mumbai, provides a range of in-home healthcare services including ICU setup, nursing services, caregiving, equipment rental/purchase, rehab & recovery, doctor visits/consultations, seamless ambulance services, expert diagnostic services, and nutrition & diet consultation. Our mission is to deliver compassionate and quality care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. We strive to make primary healthcare accessible, affordable, and tailored to individual needs, bringing healthcare closer to you so you can focus on your health and well-being.

Customer Agreement

By requesting services from RentoCare, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. Service Provision: RentoCare matches the demand for various services with available care providers and equipment. All services are outsourced to third-party vendors. RentoCare does not guarantee the performance, quality, or safety of these services, nor is it responsible for any theft, loss, or adverse outcomes, including patient death.
  2. Responsibility and Risk: You understand that RentoCare does not provide direct medical treatment or guarantee any specific outcomes. The responsibility for the care and any associated risks lies with the outsourced service providers. RentoCare does not guarantee any specific recovery or treatment result.
  3. Safe Environment: You agree to provide a safe environment for CareGivers and other service providers. You will ensure that they are not subjected to harassment, abuse, or any form of physical or emotional harm.
  4. Data Collection and Sharing: RentoCare will collect personal information for assessment purposes. This information will be shared with our vendors to fulfill the requirements of the service. RentoCare is not responsible for the misuse of this data by third-party vendors.
  5. Payment: Payments for services must be made as per the agreed terms. Payments can be made via cash, payment gateway, or cheque drawn in favor of RentoCare. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of services.

Scheduling Appointments

Appointments can be scheduled through the RentoCare website or by calling +91-9326997032. Your request is confirmed only upon receiving a booking confirmation from RentoCare.

Care Provider Selection

RentoCare will match you with available care providers based on your needs. While we strive to accommodate your preferences, RentoCare reserves the right to assign any care provider deemed suitable. We do not guarantee that the same care provider will be available for all appointments.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property used on the RentoCare website or in connection with our services remains the property of RentoCare or its licensors. You agree not to interfere with security features or use materials in unauthorized ways. All content is protected by copyright laws and may not be modified, copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RentoCare be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages in connection with these Terms, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed INR 100/- (rupees One Hundred Only).

Information You Provide

When you request services, you agree to provide accurate personal and medical information relevant to the service. Failure to provide accurate information may affect the delivery of services. RentoCare may share this information with our vendors as necessary.

Customised Service and Payment Flow

We tailor our services based on your specific needs. Payment is required once you agree to the proposed plan and costs. Payment can be processed through SMS, email, website, or mobile app. Services will commence upon receipt of payment, except in urgent situations.

Communications

By using our services, you consent to receive communications from RentoCare and assigned care providers via SMS, email, and phone calls. You also agree to receive promotional messages, newsletters, special offers, reminders, and updates.

Termination

RentoCare reserves the right to terminate services at any time, for any reason, via email or SMS communication to the registered address.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued through the payment method used at the time of purchase, except for cash payments.
  • There won’t be refunds for any payments made after acquiring services.
  • Refunds are not done towards third party accounts
  • The time frame for different payment modes is usually between  10-15 business days post the cancellation request has been received and verified by our customer support
  • For NEFT transactions, We will need  you to update the following information to enable us to process a refund to your account. Bank Account number,  IFSC code, Account holders name and Branch name. RentoCare will not be liable for any wrong inputs shared from your end.

Cancellation or Rescheduling

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled by notifying customer care or through our website or mobile app at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. RentoCare does not guarantee the availability of the same care provider for rescheduled appointments and may cancel or reschedule without prior notice.

Choice of Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be Mumbai.
