1.1 Customized Pricing

  • The pricing for our services—such as ICU setup, nursing, caregiving, equipment rental/purchase, rehab & recovery, doctor visits/consultations, ambulance services, diagnostic tests, and nutrition & diet consultation—is determined based on a thorough assessment of your needs.
  • A detailed quote will be provided after evaluating your specific requirements, ensuring that the final cost reflects the scope and nature of the services needed.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Advance Payment

  • An advance payment is required to confirm your booking. The amount of the advance will be communicated to you based on the assessed cost of the services.
  • Full payment details and schedules will be provided upon confirmation of the services.

2.2 Payment Methods

  • Payments can be made via cash, payment gateway, or cheque drawn in favor of RentoCare.

2.3 Late Payments

  • RentoCare reserves the right to cancel or suspend services if payments are not made as per the agreed terms. Any additional costs incurred due to late payments will be the responsibility of the client.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Conditions

  • Refunds are not applicable once a service has commenced or if there is a lock-in period associated with the service.
  • If you cancel the service before it starts and there is no lock-in period, a partial refund may be considered, subject to our deployment document’s terms.

3.2 Non-Refundable Fees

  • Certain fees, including those related to specialized services and consultation fees, are non-refundable.

4. Changes to Pricing

RentoCare reserves the right to adjust pricing based on changes in service requirements or assessments. Clients will be informed of any changes before they take effect. Existing bookings will be honored at the agreed rates unless otherwise specified.
