Service Delivery Area & Timing
Currently, RentoCare supplies medical equipment on rent or purchase through our trusted vendors within the following areas:
- Entire Mumbai
- Thane
- Navi Mumbai
Service delivery is available from Monday to Saturday between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Delivery Timeline
- Same-Day Delivery: Available within Mumbai, subject to order confirmation and product availability.
- Delivery Time for Other Cities: 4-7 working days.
Minimum number of days for shipping: 4
Maximum number of days for shipping: 7
Shipping & Delivery Options
Delivery charges and labor charges are additional and will vary depending on availability. These charges will be communicated to you during the order confirmation process. In some cases, third-party vendors manage our inventory and will handle the shipping and delivery of the equipment.
International Shipping
At this time, RentoCare does not offer international shipping.
What Happens if My Order is Delayed?
In the rare case of a delay in delivery, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a revised estimated delivery date.
